Camming Down the Rabbit Hole Ch. 07

After the foundation we worked through various different looks each time putting a selection of products to one side. I knew a lot already from the tutorials I had watched but this was much more personal and as Nikki explained each step I was able to then apply that and the results spoke for themselves. We had just finished doing a ‘going out’ look and I was already very impressed, it was much more seamless than when I did it, the contouring applied in the right places did all the right things in knocking back the more masculine parts of my face and enhancing the feminine attributes.

After wiping it off she then applied a more natural look, something I could keep on for the rest of the day, it was very simple but covered all the right areas, I looked very much like your average girl next door. Next we moved onto nails and she pulled out a range of shades she though would suit me, and I took nearly all of them. As we walked over to the checkout I realised I also needed more of the lip plumping balm and she pointed to an isle in the corner, they had a much greater range here than I had seen before and not really knowing which would be best I took a few. As long as I had enough to last me a couple of weeks that would cover it.

Ringing all the items through I had racked up quite a total, but I knew if I could apply them as well as Nikki had, my viewers would like it as much as I did and they would pay for themselves in no time. With bags filled we exchanged pleasantries, it was so nice to have a conversation with someone in person, and I felt at ease the whole time, I thanked her for all her help and said my goodbyes promising to return when I needed more things and left. I was reluctant to put my mask back on as I really wanted to preserve the look, but I knew I would have to before I went into the next place. I made a point of checking myself out with each reflection in the shop fronts, and there was a positive bounce to my step as I closed in on the shoe shop.
